Tina Barta (born June 14, 1981 in Lincoln, Nebraska) was a castmember on MTV's reality television series Road Rules: South Pacific and is a regular contestant on Real World/Road Rules Challenge. She usually makes it to the end of the challenges. She claims she is of Chinese and Vietnamese descent, but actually her father was full-blooded Czech, and her mother is 75% Vietnamese and 25% Chinese. She first appeared as a replacement of the voted-off Cara Zavaleta. Tina is known mainly for her loud mouth. She causes a lot of drama being feisty and arrogant, mostly about being a veteran. Melinda Stolp from The Real World: Austin has even called Barta, along with Real World/Road Rules alumni Tonya Cooley the "Worker Ants" to the "Queen Bitch" Coral Smith, who's often involved in feuds with other competitors. Veronica Portillo and her friend Rachel, fit in with the same group as well.

Barta appeared on RW/RR challenge The Duel, which premiered October 12th, 2006. On the 2nd episode of the Duel, Barta punched Beth. Although, going home cost her a chance at $150,000, she made it clear that punching Beth was worth it. She appeared on four challenges prior to "The Duel": The Gauntlet (lost to Coral in Deadman's Drop), Battle of the Sexes 2 (last woman sent home), the Inferno 2 (eliminated Robin and lost in the final mission), and Fresh Meat with Kenny, in second place behind of Darrel and Aviv.

As it turns out, once Tina was forced to leave, everyone else on the show had several problems with Beth and many of the girls were intimidated by her. Beth was finally eliminated on November 23rd, 2006 episode of the Challenges. How she left was controversial however as she won, but was accused of a minor technicality. It's generally assumed that they sent her home for all the trouble she caused, particularly with Tina and with everyone else on the challenges.
