Tin-roofed Palace, Warsaw

The Tin-roofed Palace (or Pałac pod Blachą in Polish) is a palace in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.

It is located right next to the Royal Castle in Warsaw, close to the Plac Zamkowy and the Old Town, at 52°14′51″N, 21°0′57″E.

The palace was built in 1720 and has been the home of Jozef Poniatowski, a fighter in the Kosciuszko Uprising of 1794 and nephew of Poland's last king, Stanislaus II of Poland.

Nowadays it hosts a collection of oriental carpets.
