[edit] Khat
Any chance you could put khat in your diagram? Thanks --Neutralitytalk 03:31, 27 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] LED lamps
The one I have is quite dim, since it has only a single LED. It is designed as an auxiliary light for a laptop, and gets its power from a USB port. Full-size LED lamps are available though. LED desk lamp (search).--Srleffler 16:09, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Books and Wiki links to books deleted!
I was shocked to find my efforts regarding David Smail books deleted. What do you mean 'Wikipedia is not a directory for book'? Not specifically no, but it's full of books and films! Try Dickens for a start and you'll find every book Wiki linked. It's not just 'great authors' either. Even Games have Wiki pages. Can you point to a rule, or is this just your opinion? --Lindosland 16:29, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] SR 582 (Florida)
Actually, my contribution to that article has been limited to adding and removing a {{cleanup}} tag (and later realizing it should have been an {{expand}} instead). As I am not as familiar with Gulf Coast roads as I am with Atlantic Coast roads in Florida, I shall double-check my maps and make the necessary revisions, if any, unless someone beats me to the punch. B.Wind 23:18, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
- I cannot verify the routing of the county road as mentioned in the article. I'll rewrite it with the focus on the State Road (Fowler Avenue from Florida Avenue to US 301/SR 41) and a mention of two spur routes (former SR 582A and SR 582B) that I've just discussed in the State Road 579 (Florida) article to which I have just added. I'll put a request for references for the county roads in the Talk Page for the SR 582 article. B.Wind 23:34, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

- Done. It's not great, but it should do as a stub for the time being. B.Wind 00:02, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Former FA's without original FAC's...
I've reverted your removal of Same sex marriage and Nude celebrities on the internet from WP:FFA becuase not all current or former Featured Articles will have an original Featured Article Candidates sub-page - this is because when the Featured Article system was created years and years ago, all the former "Brilliant Prose" articles were carried over into WP:FA without any formal nominating procedure (i.e. a FAC sub-page), thus the redlinks. Indeed, there are still a few Featured Articles that have never even been nominated. For evidence that they used to be Featured, you'd have to dig through the Featured Article Removal Candidates Archive (they are there, as I organized the archive and created and wrote Wikipedia:Former featured articles back in the day). --Jeffrey O. [edit] Welcome!
Welcome to the Tropical Cyclone Wikiproject! Great job with your new article, Dvorak technique, and we look forward to your contributions to the future. I see you've worked on some other random tropical cyclone articles, and we are glad to see that. Keep up the good work, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask! [edit] Congrats
Congrats on getting the monobook to work. If you want to customise it (different edit summaries etc), simply copy User:Bobblewik/monobook.js/dates.js to User:Timl2k4/monobook.js/dates.js. Search for the current edit summary text in that file and amend it (you will find it at the bottom).
Feel free to use it on your watchlist articles. Articles with links to solitary months are almost always overlinked. You can find these by looking at 'What links here' for December etc. Anyway, with whatever you decide to do, keep up the good work. Regards. bobblewik 20:58, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] About {{hurricane}}
We put the class=FA parameter in the template so we can have a centralized listing of articles here. When you removed the parameter from Hurricane Mitch, you confused the bot that parses the relevant category, which produced an unnecessary entry in the log. Please don't do that again, as it makes the log longer and less useful for tracking changes in the quality of the WikiProject's articles. Titoxd(?!? - help us) 03:50, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
- Sure, no problem. It does look redundant, but the good thing is that these things are always logged. Titoxd(?!? - help us) 04:35, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Timeline for hurricane season
I tried doing it for the EPac season, and was told it wasn't needed. It's been re-added, though, because of Zeta. Anyhow, what is confusing to me is whether the season officially starts (and for that matter, ends) at 0000 UTC or 0000 EDT (likewise, 0000 PDT or 0000 HST for EPac and Cpac seasons). [edit] Global warming
I just reverted your edit to the global warming article, since you seemed to have removed a large chunk of text, the reason for which was not specified in the edit summary. I assume it was accidental (sometimes a software glitch crops up). Just wanted to let you know. --TeaDrinker 02:23, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Jeanne-22-1945z-T50-discussion2100z.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Jeanne-22-1945z-T50-discussion2100z.png. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:06, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Inline sourcing
I noticed while you and I worked on Hurricane Camille that you seem to be good with inline sourcing, so I was wondering if you could place the cite web format in the Hurricane Debby (2000) and Typhoon Patsy (1970) articles. Could you? I'm not very good at them. íslenska hurikein #12 (samtal) 13:00, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
