Timothy Peters (born August 29, 1980) from Providence, North Carolina is a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver.

He began his NASCAR career in the Craftsman Truck Series in 2005. He had two Top 10 finishes in 16 events in the #4 Bailey's Dodge for Bobby Hamilton.

In 2006 he drove the #4 Dodge Motorsports truck for Bobby Hamilton for most of the year, earning one top-ten at Milwaukee. However, Peters left the team in early September and joined Richard Childress Racing, where he will share their #21 Chevy with Kevin Harvick in the Busch Series in 2007.
