This is a timeline compiled from official Forgotten Realms sources, and is a history of what takes place on the fictional continent of Faerûn, which is a campaign setting for the game Dungeons and Dragons. It is a combination of events and timelines for the Forgotten Realms. Dates are in Dalereckoning.

The history of Faerûn is subdivided into the following major epochs:

• Timeline of Faerûn: States-Northkeep: The survivor states to the sinking of Northkeep.
