Time Warner Telecom NASDAQ: TWTC is a United States Internet Service Provider, primarily targeting business and government customers. Time Warner Telecom began as a part of the cable television provider Time Warner Cable, but has been a separate company since 1998. The new company issued its IPO in May 1999.
