This image is a scan of a cover of an issue of TIME magazine, and the copyright for it is held by Time Warner, the parent company of TIME. Under fair use doctrine, the use of a low-resolution image of this TIME magazine cover, along with the several other aspects of fair use may allow us to use this image in certain Wikipedia articles.
