Ottilie ("Tilly") Fleischer (born October 2, 1911 in Frankfurt am Main – died July 14, 2005 in Lahr, Schwarzwald) was a German athlete who competed mainly in the javelin.
She competed for Germany in the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, United States in the Javelin where she won the bronze medal. Four years later in her home country she won the javelin at the 1936 Summer Games in front of the Berlin crowds.
