Tiger Techs

Tiger Techs, T², is a club-based robotics team of Harbord Collegiate Institute that competes annually in such international robotics tournaments as FIRST FRC Competition and FIRST FVC Competition. Since its foundation, the team has succesfully built numerous robots based on the annual games assigned by FIRST.

The Harbord Robotics Team was created in 1999. It was originally introduced as a club, opened to those who were interested in building and designing mechanical robots. Beginning in 2000, the team, whose registered team number is 919, began to participate in the annual FIRST FRC Competition, and has obtained mixed results in the following years.

[edit] 2007 FRC Competition
A new round of FRC Competition will see its kick-off in early 2007. The team will have five weeks to build a robot from scratch according to the specifications of the game. The actual competition will be held in the Hershey Centre, Mississauga.
