Tiger Jackson is a fictional character in the video game series Tekken. He was a friend of the character Eddy Gordo in both Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament, and is "unlocked" by selecting Eddy Gordo with the Start button (Tekken 3 requires the player to beat the game with 17 unique characters first). Tiger is also a character in the game Pac-Man Fever.
[edit] Description
Tiger might be what Eddy was like in the 70s. However, Eddy is not old enough, if we overlook the many mistakes and plotholes in the Tekken canon. Another possibility is that Eddy likes to go to 70's retro clubs and Tiger is his alter ego. Tiger can be seen in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection in the pool side stage at night. This might suggest that Tiger and Eddy are in fact two different people.
[edit] Trivia
- In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, one of Eddy Gordo's customizations allows him to wear an afro, shades and clothing similar to Tiger's.
- In Eddy Gordo's non-canon Tekken Tag Tournament ending, Tiger and Eddy are seen performing Capoeira moves together. This presents that Eddy taught Tiger Capoeira, but this is highly unknown. This also suggests that Eddy and Tiger are two different people.
- In Tekken 3, Tiger's ending shows him performing John Travolta's famous disco dance from Saturday Night Fever.
