Tia Hellebaut (b. February 16, 1978, Antwerp) is a Belgian athlete that used to be active in the heptathlon but has recently specialized in the high jump event.

Hellebaut is being trained by Wim Vandeven at her club, Atletica 84. She used to be a professional athlete with Atletiek Vlaanderen in the period from 2001 until October 2005. From November 1, 2006 she will again become a professional athlete, but then at BLOSO. Currently she lives in Tessenderlo.

At the 2006 European Championships she won the gold medal.
