Thurø

Thurø is a Danish island to the south of Funen. The island is shaped like a horseshoe, and has a couple of thousand inhabitants. Thurø is connected to Funen by a small bridge.
This island has become a very popular place to live because of its quite streets and the fact that it is situated so close to Svendborg and the new freeway to Odense. Most of the staff at Svendborg Police Department live on this island.
