Thukpa is a Tibetan noodle soup, usually served with meat. It is popular in Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal, and also in the state of Sikkim, Ladakh and some other parts of India. Another name of Thukpa is Gya-thuk. The food is available in restaurants in these regions.
