Thrillville is a game where the player can customize their own theme park. It is being developed by Frontier Developments who also developed a similar theme park game called RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. Unlike their previous roller coaster game this will only be available on PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and Xbox.

From an interview with David Braben, a developer of the game, it states the game may come onto the PC in the future. The game will include 100 missions to achieve in 5 parks, each of which have 3 areas.

The game also features a large number of mini-games, such as kart racing, first-person shooters and scrolling shooters. These can be played in single or multiplayer.

Contrary to most games, you can actually interact with your guests. The main purpose of this feature is to improve your park, based on the guests taste.

[edit] Parks

  • Thrillville: This is the main park and where it all started.
  • Thrillville Time Warp: This is a very abandoned area. It includes cowboys, alien invaders, and dinosaurs.
  • Thrillville Paradise: Included are pirate towns, an Arabian village, and a dream forest.
  • Thrillville Adventures: This park will be entertained by a castle, a ninja hideout, and several horror settings.
  • Treasures of Thrillville: Is among the pyramids, Ican foutains, and a gold rush. This is the last (and probably the hardest) level in the game.
