Three Village Central School District

Three Village Central School District is a school district located in Long Island, New York. It serves Setauket, Poquott, Old Field, and areas of Port Jefferson Station. The Superintendent of Schools is Frank J. Carasiti, who was appointed after the former superintendant, John Sonedecker was found guilty of stealing upwards of US$45,000 in 2003.

The school district is renowned for its InSTAR program, a three-year science research program which produces record amounts of Intel Science Talent Search Semifinalists. In 2005, the program produced twelve semifinalists, tying for the most semifinalists from a single school in the entire nation.
