[edit] Plot summary
Dr. Cuddy is asking Dr. House to lecture in place of Dr. Riley, who is reportedly vomiting. House is in disbelief, quoting that Cuddy herself said that this is the fifth time Riley has missed a class that year (presumably, the month is May, when the episode aired); Cuddy bribes him, by offering to free him from two hours of clinic duty, and after short debate, House caves and will be doing the lecture within 20 minutes.
House's lecture is a multi-case scenario with the students having input on what to do in each scenario. The three scenarios House gives have one thing in common: all three patients are having leg pain.
