Three Days Grace is the name of the 2003 self-titled debut album by Canadian rock band Three Days Grace released in July 22, 2003.

Three Days Grace was unsigned and living in Toronto when they were introduced to producer Gavin Brown formerly of Big Sugar and played him their songs. Brown picked out what he considered to be the band's best songs including "I Hate Everything About You" for a demo tape which Brown sent to major labels. The band was signed by Jive Records to a recording deal and to a publishing deal with EMI.

Three Days Grace recorded its debut album in Boston and Woodstock, New York with Brown as the producer. The album was released July 22, 2003.

Three Days Grace made the Canadian Top Ten album chart and reached the Top 100 of the Billboard 200 as well as number one on the Billboard Heatseeker charts. The lead single "I Hate Everything About You" went to number one in Canada and to the top ten of the US and world modern rock charts in 2003. The second single "Just Like You" also went to the top of the Canadian singles charts. Gavin Brown won a Juno Award for his production work onThree Days Grace and Try Honesty by Billy Talent in the Juno Awards of 2004 for his production of the album. The band was also nominated for New Group of the Year losing out to Billy Talent. The album peaked at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has sold 1.2 million copies to date.

The music video of "Home" is available for the Vol.1 Sampler Disc for the PlayStation Portable.
