"Thoughtless" is a song by Nu-Metal band Korn it was released as a second single from the Untouchables album. There was also video for this single, directed like the video for the previous single, Here To Stay, by The Hughes Brothers. The plot of this video revolves around the tormented young individual from high-school who is picked on, beaten up, laughed at, and ridiculed. He seeks the revenge throughout the video. The final scene shows him arriving at the school prom with an escort. He then projectile vomits at those who had picked on him from across the auditorium, leaving them in disgust and humiliation.

This song has been introduced to fans during live show in Hammerstein Ballroom, NYC on June 10, 2002 which celebrated release of band's fifth album, Untouchables, and appears on DVD release entitled Korn Live which presents that performance from New York City's well known venue. It has been played during Untouchables promotional tour in 2002, but it was scrapped one year later from band's setlist. It eventually returned in 2006 on the See You On The Other Side World Tour as a part of medley. The full song is being played on the 2006 Family Values Tour.
