[edit] Biography

Valone received his B.S. in Physics (1974) and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, from SUNY at Buffalo(1974). He also received a Master's in Physics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo (1999). Inaddition, he received a PhD in General Engineering from Kennedy-Western University (2003) (an online, non-accredited organization). His dissertation was on the "Feasibility Study of Zero-Point Energy from the Quantum Vacuum for the Performance of Useful Work".

Valone is a Patent Examiner for the Physics, Measuring, Testing, Instrumentation Class 324, Art Unit 2858, GS-12, at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 1996 to 1999 and from 2005 (being reinstated after removal that was not for good cause nor in furtherance of the efficiency of the federal service)[1]. Valone was elected as Board member of the PTO Society in 1999.

Valone has several books and 100 articles in print. Valone is the President of Integrity Research Institute. He is also the Editor of Future Energy newsletter and Enews. Valone provides consultations on electrical product design and development, engineering testing, environmental and electromagnetic fields and energy, and expert testimony and opinion. His views regarding energy-related matters have been featured on national media including CNN.
