Thomas Teah Tapeh (pronounced "Too-PEH") (born March 28, 1980 in Liberia) is a National Football League fullback for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was a 5th round draft selection by the Eagles in 2004. He played college football at the University of Minnesota.
Tapeh grew up playing soccer in Liberia before his family moved to the Twin Cities when he was nine years old. Attended St. Paul Johnson High School.
