Thomas Shaw, Baron Shaw, 1st Baron Craigmyle (185028 June 1937) was a Scottish politician and judge.

Educated at the High School, Dunfermline and at Edinburgh University, be was appointed an advocate in 1875 and a Queen's Counsel in 1894. He gained an LLD from St Andrews University in 1902 and from the University of Aberdeen in 1906. He was Hamilton Fellow in Mental Philosophy at Edinburgh University.

He was Member of Parliament for Hawick Burghs from 1892 to 1909. He was Solicitor General for Scotland from 1894 to 1895 and Lord Advocate from 1905 to 1909. He resigned from parliament and ministerial office and was created a Lord of Appeal, Law lord and Life peer as Baron Shaw, of Dunfermline in the County of Fifeshire, in February 1909. He retired from office in 1929 and was created Baron Craigmyle in the same year.
