Thomas R. Byrne

Thomas Robert Byrne (b. March 9, 1923 in St. Paul, Minnesota) is an Americian politician. He was the Democratic mayor of St. Paul from 1966–1970. He was an Irish Catholic. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force in World War II. He is a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
