Thomas (Tom) Baldwin is a British philosopher and professor of philosophy at the University of York.

He has been editor of the journal Mind since 2005.

He has served as Deputy Chair of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.

He is currently (2006) the president of the Aristotelian Society.
