This Is My Life is singer-songwriter Carly Simon's 18th album, and 16th studio album, released in 1992 on Qwest Records.

It is the soundtrack to the movie This Is My Life directed by Nora Ephron and starring Julie Kavner, Carrie Fisher and Dan Aykroyd.
