The reason it put that warning on your talk page was because you removed a large amount of comtent, although since it is a bot it couldn't tell it was a legitimate edit. The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}. If you have not already done so please also include the source of the image; in most cases the website where you found it.

Also, could you provide the exact source for this image? marcterenzi.de is a big site. Do you have the url for the page where the image appears? This is important to verify the image copyright status. And if this image is not a screenshot as you said, it should not use the {{musicpromo-screenshot}} copyright tag. And please, understand that myleeds.net is not a source for Melanie Brown's promotional material. It uses some images, but it's not the source (i.e., the creator or the copyright holder) for theses images.
