[edit] re: Knights of Columbus Hall in Arlington Heights
Hi Thebno. I did rescue this article from speedy deletion, but sent it over to be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Knights of Columbus Hall in Arlington Heights. I'm a little dubious that it's quite notable enough to warrant an encyclopedia article, but I could be wrong; you're welcome to argue otherwise at the link provided. Don't worry if it gets deleted, it's happened to many of us, especially at first, and don't get discouraged. BTW it's not that article itself was bad, it's a pretty dang decent article in my opinion. I look forward to your contributions in music and other areas at Wikipedia. Welcome! Herostratus 23:18, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- One result might be to "Userfy" the article, which means moving it a (more or less) private userpage, such as User:Thebno/Knights of Columbus Hall in Arlington Heights. I suggested this at the AfD. In fact, you can make a copy like that anytime you want (but leave the current page where it is, since it's under community discussion). However, if the article is deleted, you're not allowed to re-create a deleted article unless the new article if very substiantially different from the deleted one, which is not too likely (what different could you say?). Also, don't forget to sign your posts by appending four tilde's ~~~~ at the very end (that automatically turns into your user signature). Herostratus 17:50, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
