Hi,

I see that you're trying to split Soviet ruble off from Russian ruble. IMHO, Soviet ruble is the right title name, and Soviet Ruble and Soviet Rouble should redirect to Soviet ruble. I can't move because Soviet ruble and directly copy-and-paste the content is highly discouraged. I understand you have the desire of putting banknote infobox out. And as a result, you created {{Infobox Banknote}}. However, there was another template {{Infobox Note}} that is currently under development.
