Hey, welcome back, glad I could fix your autoblock, it was the first time I undid an autoblock. HighInBC (Need help? Ask me) 18:21, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, thank you for your time, I know it took awhile. The Mirror of the Sea 00:07, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Actually it took me 3 minutes, it just took a while to notice there was a problem. I had read up on how to do that earlier because I need to know in case I have to lift a block. HighInBC (Need help? Ask me) 00:45, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] name

Hi, the warfare to infinity username is interesting. How did it come about? ... aa:talk 01:14, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

I thought of it when looking at some of the edit wars that go on. It seemed to sum up the attitudes of the involved parties. Does it really matter that Darwin shares a birthday with Lincoln? The Mirror of the Sea 03:37, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you

Thank you for your support with my RfA. My nomination succeeded. I appreciate your support. Thanks again! =) -- Gogo Dodo 22:42, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks

Thanks for giving me hope in my recent time of need. I'll be there if you need me, just gimme a yell :P Fredil 01:07, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

Just giving support where I think its needed. Glad to hear you are feeling better. The Mirror of the Sea 00:22, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] This does not help

Hi, I am sure you were trying to lighten the mood, but this[1] is not helpfull. I am not sure what basis of this joke is, as first you seemed to be saying the block is invalid, then in you put up a box saying Timecop is leaving this username forever and will return to troll Wikipedia under a different name, which seemd to indicate the block was valid.

I am not sure what point you are trying to make with this. Regardless it only serves to make a tense situation worse. On a more personal note, I do hope you reviewed the evidence involved before saying There never was any, because that would help you explain what you meant by that.

Not trying to give you a hard time, but this situation needs to be taken seriously. HighInBC (Need help? Ask me) 16:04, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, yes the Wikisuicide template I put on User:Timecop's talk page was a joke. For the record though I do oppose his block. The Mirror of the Sea 03:20, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you for voting

Thank you for voting in my RfA which at 51/20/6 unfortunately did not achieve consensus. In closing the nomination, Essjay remarked that it was one of the better discussed RfAs seen recently and I would like to thank you and all others who chose to vote for making it as such. It was extremely humbling to see the large number of support votes, and the number of oppose votes and comments will help me to become stronger. I hope to run again for adminship soon. Thank you all once more. Wikiwoohoo 20:07, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Regardless, I was rooting for you all the way. Love the name also. The Mirror of the Sea 00:21, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Public Radio Interview

Hi there

My name is Neille and I'm a producer with a national public radio show called Weekend America. We want to do a piece on the fine line between an individual who deserves an entry on Wikepedia and one who doesn't. As someone who's weighed in on the issue, I was hoping you might be able to chat over the phone for a few minutes.

If you're up for it, please e-mail me at nilel (at) marketplace (dot) org to set something up, or get more info.
