Thank you for creating this page at Wikipedia. I have tagged the article for cleanup as the first paragraph asserts the theatre's notability while the remainder serves to advertise its productions, which is not conducive to an encyclopedia. Thanks for your response. First, note that I tagged the article for cleanup, not deletion; second, whether its productions are pay or free, the article as it reads nevertheless advertises upcoming events, which fail notability standards unless they note something about those productions that make them stand out from others put on anywhere else. As for New Amsterdam Theatre and Prince Edward Theatre, I'll check them out (we're not exactly omnipresent [grin]). RadioKirk (u|t|c) 01:46, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
Not a problem, that's what we're here for. :) In case you haven't read it already, a good place to start is by reading what Wikipedia is not, including "an indiscriminate collection of information", meaning those long lists of people involved in productions must go (only those people demonstrably notable—which generally means "famous" with only a few exceptions—can be included, much like the notability factor of the productions themselves).
