Hi, this is me, Emma. I don't know what to say really, but I'll assume that people looking at this page are interested in me and who I am. I'm too lazy to get a job, so I'm a student, originally from southern California. My interests are: formal semantics, Scheme, the German language, logic/philosophy of meaning, the lambda calculus, compositionality, recursion, paradoxes, Emacs, free software, free culture, the Dvorak keyboard layout. The following people have produced ideas/works that I enjoy mulling over in my head: Eben Moglen, Gottlob Frege, W.V. Quine, Richard Stallman, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Noam Chomsky, Bertrand Russell, Isaac Asimov, Barbara H. Partee, Gerald Sussman, Paul Graham, Alonzo Church, John McCarthy, John Steinbeck, Steve Jobs, Donald Davidson, W.B. Yeats, Anton Dvorak.
I'm currently in Berlin, Germany and loving it.
