Theresa Karminski Burke, MA, PhD, DAPA, NCP, LPC is an American Nationally Certified Psychologist, a Certified Diplomat of the American Psychotherapy Association, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Counselors. Burke holds an undergraduate degree in English Communications with a concentration in social work. Burk also hold a Masters Degree and Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology.

Burk's most notable area of work is within the pro-life movement's after abortion healing efforts.

Theresa Karminski Burke founded Rachel's Vineyard Ministries in 1994 after publishing Rachel's Vineyard: A Psychological and Spiritual Journey for Post Abortion Healing. Rachel's Vineyard is an after abortion healing program offered throughout the year in locations across the United States and Canada, with additional sites in Portugal, Australia and New Zealand. Also offer is a 13-week support group model for Rachel's Vineyard.
