Theos may refer to:
- Theos (Θεός) is the Greek word for "God" used in the New Testament. Prior to Christianity, the term was used to speak of the various Greek gods. Numerous philosophers such as Heraclitus used the term in the more vague sense of the "divine" and "theoi" (the plural) to designate the gods in whom the common people believed.
- Theos is a public theology think tank, committed to providing commentary on social and political arrangements. It aims to provide alternative perspectives to the orthodoxies of secular culture and impact public opinion about the role faith and belief in society. Its first report, "Doing God": A Future For Faith in the Public Square, was launched in November 2006 with the support of the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, and the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, Cormac Murphy-O'Connor. Recent activities have included an association with the annual black-tie AYUDA gala to raise money for diabetes as well as an event thrown in downtown Philadelphia which raised $4000 for those affected by Hurricane Katrina.
