Themidaceae is the botanical name of a family of flowering plants. Such a family is recognised by only few taxonomists.
The APG II system does not recognise this family as such, but allows it to be segregated from the family Asparagaceae, as an optional segregate. This represents a change from the APG system, of 1998, which firmly did accept this family. Placement of this family is in the order Asparagales, in the clade monocots.
As circumscribed by the APG it would consist of about a dozen genera in North America: these can be found in the Flora of North America, treated as members of Liliaceae.
