Theatre de la Jeune Lune

The Theatre de la Jeune Lune is a theater company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Theater of the New Moon was founded in France in 1978 by Dominique Serrand, Vincent Gracieux and Barbara Berlovitz, all graduates of the Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris. The company settled in Minneapolis in 1985. In 1992, the company moved into the renovated Allied Van Lines building in the Minneapolis Warehouse district.
Actor Steven Epp joined the company in 1983 and is now a co-Artistic Director.
In 2005, the Theatre de la Jeune Lune was the recipient of the 59th annual Tony Award for best Regional Theatre.
