The World & I
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The World & I is a monthly educational magazine affiliated with The Washington Times. It was created in response to Rev. Sun Myung Moon's vision in 1986.
Its editor was Dr. Morton Kaplan until 2004, when News World Communications, Inc. pulled its funding. Charles Kim became publisher of the magazine and convinced those at News World Communications to fund it as an online-only version with four different websites. The editor is now Stephen J. Osmond, former culture editor of the magazine. Neither Osmond nor Kim are members of the Unification Church.
