The University Center

The University Center is a partnership between the North Harris Montgomery Community College District (NHMCCD) and six Texas universities. It is located in The Woodlands, Texas, on the same campus as Montgomery College.
The six partner universities are: Prairie View A&M University, Sam Houston State University, Texas A&M University, Texas Southern University, the University of Houston, and the University of Houston-Downtown.
Penny Westerfeld is Associate Vice Chancellor for The University Center. She is an NHMCCD employee.
Debra Britton, Ed.D., is Director of Student Services. She is also an NHMCCD employee. She earned her M.Ed. and Ed.D. at Texas Southern University.
