Anna: Now she's got you... There's nothing scarier than that.

Seth: Nothing's scarier than being with me, or do you mean like, anyone?

Anna: Look, once you get what you want, that's when you've got something to lose. She's afraid of losing you, Cohen

Seth: Why? I'm not going anywhere.

Seth: Hey I didn't recognize you out of a Speedo.(pauses)Not that I would recognize you in a Speedo.

Julie: Is this a booty call?

Caleb: What's a boo-tee call?

Julie: It's when you show up at night, unannounced. No apologies. No compliments. No commitments. Just some crappy mini-carns from Ralph's. And the very mistaken idea that I just might want to (slams the door)

Caleb: (to himself) I guess it was a booty call.

Jimmy: (to Julie) Who would have thought that? You tried to spend your entire life trying to be rich and married and the only thing that makes you happy is being single and poor.

Seth: What we have here is our very own "Telenovela".

Kirsten: "Telenovela"?

Seth: Spanish language soap-opera.

Seth: (Getting on top of a table) Let's talk up here.

Summer: Oh my God, no.

Seth: Summer, I know you're scared.

Summer: Yeah, of you.

Seth: You'll kiss all those other guys bu you won't kiss me? Acknowledge me now or lose me forever.

Brad: Wait, you're dating this emo geek?

Seth: Yes, Brad, she's dating this emo geek. Yeah, that's right. Uhhh, I'm a big dork, and I listen to emo, and I'm dating her.

Summer: Why are you doing this?

Seth: Because, Summer, I like you. This much. And if you don't feel the same way about me, well, then someone's gonna have to give me a hand down, because it's really high up here, and I could fall and that would be embarassing. More embarassing.
