[edit] Plot
Summer gets suspended from Brown. While Seth flies to Providence to visit her, she returns to Newport. Seth promises to take revenge on Che, but can’t find him at Brown. Che has flown to Newport to ask Summer to forgive him. When she doesn’t, he handcuffs himself to her. Seth, who returns home, sees him and pushes him into the pool, unaware of the handcuffs. It turns out that Che’s full name is Winchester and that his father owns a pharmaceutical company.
Kirsten and Sandy try to act as a substitute for Seth to help Ryan. Ryan has a crush on Taylor and fantasises about her, but they can’t find a way to make their relationship work in real life.
Julie tells Bullit that Kirsten and Sandy are renewing their vows at a nice hotel to spare herself a date with him, but Bullit wants to join them. At the restaurant, Bullit alienates everyone. Sandy and Kirsten leave and go home, only to find out that Bullit actually booked a Justice of the Peace to renew their vows. They celebrate the ceremony. At the restaurant, Bullit apologises to Julie and tells her that he only wanted to her to like him.
When a girl at Kaitlin’s school throws a party for a selected few of her ‘friends’ only, Kaitlin decides to make her own party. At this party, Ryan and Taylor finally come together.
