The Skinny Improv, located in Springfield, Missouri, is a dynamic improvisational comedy group that creates scenes and games to entertain and involve audiences. This hip, cutting-edge, and lightning-fast style of improvised sketches, scenes, and music is guaranteed to keep you roaring with laughter and leave you screaming for more.
Founded in 2001, The Skinny Improv, a division of the Upside Down Creative Group, prospers as a comedy training center and performance review. Located in the historic district, The Skinny Improv is known for both performing and teaching short and long-form improvisational theatre.
Current cast members include: Jeff Jenkins, Chad Harris, Chris Sturgeon, Joe Swink, Megan Fitzgerald, Jeff Houghton, Nick Semar, and Andrew Beard.

On Friday nights the Upside Down Creative Group and The Skinny Improv host improv sports in which two teams compete head to head and the audiance decides who wins.
