From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Simpsons' 8th season (October 1996 - May 1997) began on October 27, 1996 with Treehouse of Horror VII. The season contains two hold-over episodes from the season 7 (3F) production line and two episodes from the (3G) production line.
The Complete Eighth Season was released on DVD in the U.S. on August 15, 2006, in the U.K. on October 2, 2006, and in Australia on September 27, 2006.
