[edit] Editions
The Handbook was originally published as a deluxe hardcover edition. This edition featured teal faux-leather covers, textured Moiré pattern endpapers, gilt-edged pages, and a tassel. This edition is no longer available.
Currently in print and available from the Church is an oversized softcover edition, depicting the planet Earth in pieces, with hands putting the pieces back together again.
