The Sandman Sleeps is a season 3 Courage the Cowardly Dog episode focusing mainly on insomnia.

The Sandman, the King of Sleep cannot sleep for unknown reasons. He finds that Muriel sleeps very well so he steals her sleep. Muriel develops severe insomnia and Courage goes to the Sandman's castle to retrieve her sleep. He fights with the Sandman and finds the Sandman's teddy. The Sandman had lost him and that was the reason he couldn't sleep. He returns the sleep to Muriel and she and Courage return home.

  • This episode confirms Muriel's talent for sleeping.
  • The beginning to this is similar to that in McPhearson Phantom(as in when Eustace gets a lot of bad luck)
