From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Rock is a television news music collection, composed by musician Stephen Arnold. It was composed exclusively for NBC's local affiliate stations.
The Rock got its name from two sources: NBC's headquarters at Rockefeller Center; and that of Ronne Rock, the general manager of KXAN in Austin, TX, who commissioned the package.
The collection features a total of between 75 and 100 cuts of opens, closes, stingers, bumpers and promo beds.
So far, 9 NBC affiliates are currently using The Rock.
