The Rock (postcode 2655) is a town in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales, Australia, in Lockhart Shire. It is situated 32km southwest of Wagga Wagga on the Olympic Highway. It is a railway junction town, and is served by the twice-daily XPT to Melbourne. The population is approximately 700.

The town is named after the large rocky hill overlooking the town, which is an attraction in the area for bush-walking, rock-climbing, and observation of wildlife. It is also the location of an Aboriginal sacred site called Kengal.
