The Red Balloon Learner Centre, often referred to as the Red Balloon or Herbert House, is a specialist learner centre in Cambridge, England, providing a safe full-time learning environment for children aged eleven to sixteen who have been so badly bullied they are unable to attend mainstream schools. It is a registered charity.

The main aims of the Red Balloon are to
- restore self-confidence
- teach students how to respond to bullying
- help students regain control of their learning and succeed
- help students return as soon as possible to mainstream education or to find worthwhile employment
- encourage and expect consideration and respect at all times.
