[edit] Plot
The episode opens with the Freemans being individually interviewed on camera. Huey claims to have founded 23 radical leftist organizations (with acronyms like BRO, AFRO and BRUH). Granddad talks about how he enjoys wearing sunglasses because he thinks they make him look like his hero, Dr. Bill Cosby. Riley talks about how he is "gangsta" and has several aliases to reflect that. These filmed interviews are never explained and could either be an allusion to police interrogation tapes or The Real World.
Riley talks about making a tape of Granddad wearing his "Bill Cosby shades," saying that he is blind and woman-crazy. "If my Granddad has one weakness, it's bitches!" He sends it to Xzibit and the show Pimp My Ride, imploring them to fix up Granddad's car Dorothy, pointing out that women like a man with a flashy car.
"Please Xzibit! Pimp my ride! For my Granddad! For 9/11!"
Xzibit and a film crew show up a few days later. Riley convinces his granddad to act blind long enough to enjoy free auto upgrades, saying that once Xzibit and co. are done, Granddad will not only have a nicer car, but also have so many bitches, that he'll have to change his middle name to 'Bitches.' Granddad overlooks Riley's excessive use of profanity for the moment while he ponders this.
"Hmm... Granddad 'Bitches' Freeman... Got kind of a ring to it."
Huey, meanwhile, has told Jazmine that the Tooth Fairy is not real, causing her to cry and run away. As soon as she is gone, Huey is joined by a government agent who starts reciting some of the things that Huey and his family have been saying over the past few days. He tells Huey that he is being spyed on, but that that doesn't mean they can't be friends. Huey turns to cofront the agent, but he is gone.
Back at the house, Huey tries to tell Granddad and Riley about the agent, but they are too busy talking about Dorothy and how she will look when she gets back from Xzibit's shop. They are interrupted when the doorbell rings revealing a camera crew and workmen from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Riley apparently made several calls and tapes, all hinging on Granddad being blind, although Extreme Makeover also believes he is running a homeless shelter out of his house. Granddad continues to play along, hoping that he'll get a grotto like Hugh Hefner has at the Playboy Mansion.
Huey is visited again by the agent and he tries to see if anyone else notices. No one does, prompting Jazmine to say, "You can believe in secret government agents but I can't believe in the Tooth Fairy? That's messed up, Huey!"
The house has now been half destroyed by the construction crew and Granddad is getting tired of it. Riley asks him to keep up the act and everything will work out. As if to validate this assertion, Xzibit returns with Dorothy. Granddad and Riley are so amazed and delighted by the complete transformation of the car that they forget temporarily that Granddad is supposed to be blind. Knowing that they have been lied to, Xzibit takes the car and the workers go home, leaving giant holes in the side of the house and piles of building materials strewn over the lawn.
Granddad and Riley are sitting in the living room, shivering as the wind blows through the gaping hole in the wall, when Xzibit returns. He says that he and the boys thought about it and have decided to return the car, mostly because their lawyers told them they couldn't keep it. Instead, Xzibit has decided to bill them for all the work done on the car and calling it even. The bill is considerably more than the car is worth, but Xzibit looks at the wreckage of the house and says, "Take your time paying that back. Looks like money is gonna be tight around here for a minute."
Meanwhile, Huey tells the agent that he is probably just a figment of Huey's overactive imagination. The agent won't say one way or the other, but says "If you ever want to talk, I'm always listening." The Freemans settle down to sleep in the newly revamped car.
