By way of Central Tower's time travel powers, the Sorceress takes He-Man back to the time of the dinosaurs and giants on Eternia - the time of the war between the Elders and the Snake Men. King Hiss and his men are just attacking a village but the Sorceress stops He-Man from interfering because of the risk he could alter history. Meanwhile, Skeletor has snuck into Grayskull Tower to find the portal and takes advantage of it by going back to the same time He-Man has entered to find Hiss. Skeletor teams up with the Snake Men, and together they launch another attack on the village: Skeletor on Pterodactyl and King Hiss on Tyrantasaurus Rex. The Sorceress realizes Skeletor's intervention, disguises He-Man, conjures up Bionatops, and He-Man rides it to help the villagers. He-Man attacks the Snake Men and Skeletor, but The Tyranosaurus proves to be stronger than Bionatops. Just as the tide is about to turn against He-Man, a mysterious figure appears and uses extremely powerful magic to send all the intruders back to their correct time and place. At the end, the Sorceress comments that they were sent back by the most powerful Sorcerer of all. He-Man is left to ponder "But who is he?"

- The comic was supossed to be the first on a 3-part saga, but the toyline's closure left it as the last minicomic.
- The misterious sorcerer was supossed to be He-Ro, an ancestor of He-Man.
