Poacher's Relish is a tangy relish made with smoked salmon and lemon zest.

Manufactured by Elsenham Quality Foods - the sole holders of the license to make Gentleman's Relish. Like The Gentlemen's Relish, it is usually eaten with toast, crackers or blinis.
