The Philippine Collegian

The Philippine Collegian is the official student publication of the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

The campus publication is more commonly known to students as Kule (pronounced like coo-leh).

A term in journalism coined during Martial Law, especially for the Philippine Collegian and other such publications, which continued to criticize the government despite possible repercussions. A mosquito is small, but has a stinging bite.
