The Pageant Agency is licensed by the Miss Universe Organization to produce the Miss Iowa USA and Miss Wisconsin USA beauty pageants.
The directors of The Pageant Agency are Jim and Judy Clingman of Ottumwa, Iowa. They received the Iowa franchise in 1989 and the Wisconsin franchise in 2003.
During this time they have produced one national winner - Jamie Solinger, Miss Teen USA 1992.
